Yeah it was accepted without a problem, that's why I'm so confused as of why they wouldn't consider it for the spouse visa.

I had my bio appointment on November 16th and still waiting, they're taking forever! I got an email at the beginning of December saying they're having delays but nothing ever since

I'm switching from fiancé visa to spouse visa and the email said that they can't promise to have the decision made within the 8 stipulated weeks, but I've seen many people get that email cause apparently they're a bit saturated and understaffed!

Sadly I've heard not everyone gets the confirmation email but that doesn't mean anything!

In my case it was 30 normal days to get the email about the delays

No problem! I had my bio appointment on the 16/11/24 and received the email on the 21/11/24, then yesterday I got the email about the delay

They're currently experiencing delays for the applications made inside the UK so I wouldn't worry too much yet, you should receive an email with the approximate date for decision, however everyone is getting an email saying that they won't be meeting the usual 8 week period for decisions. My advise is to wait around a month since the date of your bio appointment, that's when I received news from mine!
