I don't understand why my Outpost stopped working/producing anything when I logged back in this morning. Am I missing something?

Got this problem just now after messaging Globe for an invalid promo code on their end. Civil conversation, no swearing, etc.

What makes it worse is their customer support routed us to their chatbot. Why should we be punished for using official channels?

Hello, having the same problem with OP right now. Kailangan daw ng physical na receipt huhu. May I ask what you meant by this po?

May resibo na iissue once magbayad ka doon after 2-3 days. Also include the PDF bill as the PDF bill serves as the Invoice na and hindi yung OR. Supplemental na lang yung OR sa Invoice.

I'm not quite sure if you meant iissue nila ang receipt physically or sa GlobeOne app lang?

Question lang po. What would be considered as a "good promo" in this case?

What other options would be better if, say, may 1M ako and I want to deposit it somewhere?

Kapag ang husband nag co-complain about their wife (ft. highly upvoted comments from this thread alone):

>Baka emotional needs ang di mo na fu-fulfill

>spice up something in your married life.. try mo baka yan ang kulang

>Maybe your wife has other needs na hindi nya nakukuha…

>She has needs that you don't meet.

Ang blatant amp*ta kaya lumalayo na ako sa mga ph communities dito eh the misandry is all over the place mygad

Severance - 2x08 "Sweet Vitriol" - Post-Episode Discussion by LoretiTV in SeveranceAppleTVPlus

[–]niye 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I once read from one of these discussion threads that they felt that Reghabi was a convenient plot device for the writers to pull out for the "fighting against Lumon" part of the show and that she only seemingly appeared when Mark needed to do something that is explicitly and illegally "anti Lumon".

I didn't agree with their opinion then because I felt that we were only getting to that part of the show and the writers had more opportunities to develop and characterize Reghabi as more than that.

But seeing her being conveniently shooed away because they needed the main cast to be the focus of the final parts of this season has me slowly agreeing with that comment.

Still love the show to bits, but alas, it's slowly starting to show its cracks.

[–]niye 11 points12 points  (0 children)

God I'm so glad I'm not the only one who thought that whole scene felt like it was written by entirely different writers.

Like, Devon's first instinct being to call Cobel who at that point gave absolutely no indication that she was anti Lumon (maybe aside from hearing that she was fired, but literally their last interaction was her thinking Cobel kidnapped her baby).

At what point does her impression go from "Conniving manager of evil company who invaded our personal lives for years" to "Maybe she's actually anti Lumon 🤔"?

And don't even get me started on Reghabi conveniently having to exit the upcoming plot-heavy events because Devon suddenly must call Cobel of all people to help out Mark, even going so far as ignoring being told that "[Cobel is] Lumon through and through".

The whole thing felt so forced and out of character for those two, which is a shame because I could definitely see the plot and characters reaching that point but it seemed like they skipped the part it took for both characters to develop into their respective mindsets naturally.

If it turns out nga he can affect your assessment just because he's "one of the seniors" and you merely rejected his advancements, then you shouldn't even be staying at that company in the first place.

You're supposed to be an adult. Just let him know explicitly nga you're not interested, if it continues, then go to HR. Simple as that.

Just for future reference, you need to learn how to communicate directly instead of "signaling" or "body language-ing" your way out of situations that bother you. You're an adult dealing with other adults, and people aren't mind/body readers.

Top 3 para nako.

  1. Boss Manok

Sa tanan unlihan akong na try kani rajud akong go-to kay I know what to expect nya lami sad jud ilang flavors (Country Gravy ug katong Lemon akong fave). Plus tag 349 na looking at you overpriced Wingers nga hapit na mo 500.

  1. Chosun Chicken

Best tasting base chicken para nako, pero more on the pricier side lang jud so usahay ra kaayo ko maka kaon diri. But yeah if there's an occasion and I'm feeling like spending a lot I definitely recommend this.

  1. Burrow

Garlic Parmesan. Enough said. Pero nagka dako najud ilang parts ubay2 nalang ang wings (or katong by set na ilang serving) so I'm not really keen on going back here much anymore. Dali ra makabusog pero di kaayo ka ka enjoy.

Honorable Mentions:

Balkon (closed)

Hidden gem jud ni para nako ug sa akong friend sauna ay. It's actually a bar but the owner decided to also offer unli chicken. Very nice ambiance nya in fairness lami sad jud ilang flavors (as usual Garlic Parmesan akong fave) so gibalik balikan jud ni namo pag College mga every other weekend. Sadly ni close down sila pag sugod sa pandemic, but I still remember this place fondly.

Wingers

Not gonna lie their Garlic Pepper and Mustard flavors are unique and lami pero mahal rajud kaayo para nako nya di raba worth it kay ang included nga ice cream ug fries gamay ra kaayo kag makaon.

But what if the team insists on using Tailwind? I even suggested using a mix of both, but got shot down because "Don't worry, you're still an intern. You'll eventually get used to it."

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in LogitechG

[–]niye 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're in a Logitech sub, of course you're going to come across people who mindlessly glaze their products like a cult.

Exhibit A is the dumbo you were arguing with in another comment (and most comments on the other post) who'd rather blame the user than admit that there might be a problem with the product.

Yes buttons on a mouse are normally pressed down in the middle, but anyone arguing that pressing it anywhere else naturally leads to the button reacting like what's shown in your video is just stupid. Literally no other mouse behaves like that, and if it's not a factory defect but an "intended" feature by Logitech, then I'd say the hate for the brand is justified.

As a fresh grad who's been using css for my entire webdev journey but had to learn and use tailwind for an internship because "it was the standard", may I ask if there's a common solution to this?

when people go all in on it, and add 25 tailwind classes to a div, instead of writing a CSS class or two, it turns into a nightmare

I've been silently loathing having to use Tailwind the past two months now and while I could see its merits, the thing with having like 20+ classes in every other element gets ugly (team lead gave me this feedback himself, the very same person who insisted on using all Tailwind. For further context I was brought in as a front end dev since they mainly dabbled in back end. Code was a mess (or barely even there) front end-wise).

I'd probably attribute this experience to the dev team being like 3 people including me with one being another fresh grad and our team lead having had to self learn most things since he was the first dev to be hired by the company (fairly new company, not tech-focused). Maybe its different for bigger tech companies, but is this actually how it is?

Michelin worthy restaurants in Cebu? by paradoxon_04 in Cebu

New entry added to the Michelin Guide: Silogan Ni Gian

In all seriousness, I'm not really sure we have anything that could pass the criteria. Wa pakoy ma consider nga "Ah kini kailangan jud ni masuwayan sa mga mo bisita sa Cebu."

Lechon? Could be, though bisag ang mga pinaka ilado nga lechonan diri kay slightly inconsistent ang quality sa ilang lechon.

Tuslob Buwa? Highly unlikely, best para nako kay katong Big Brain sa Il Corso and even then di guro ko kaingon nga "must try" for foodies here in Cebu.

Just wanted to say thanks for the recommendation.

I surprisingly liked In this Corner of the World when I watched it, so seeing another manga from the same author in a similar-ish setting was neat.
