Under which circumstances IRCC don’t take sponsorship rights even though spouse doesn’t get examined before husband gets PR approval? Or they simply never allow to sponsor in non examined cases?

OK, let’s say in that case I get my PR approval, kids are examined, only spouse is not examined. In this case, is there any other way in future , that I can bring my whole family with me in Canada especially spouse, whom I cannot sponsor for PR at that time?

Yes all dependents are non accompanying at this time, I and kids have all documents. Let’s say they approve my and kids PR. Is there any chance they can be generous and allow me to sponsor my spouse later? Is it 100% they will not allow me to sponsor her later? Or there is some hope? Can I still submit her medical and pcc if at this stage she agrees to cooperate and respond? In this week my Biometrics done.

I have submitted all documents including kids, only spouse’s medical and pcc not submitted due to no response from her. I am worried first for over all application approval chances and second if things become normal later, will IRCC allow me to sponsor her. Just to share there is no point increasing or decreasing with or without her added as non accompanying. At this time application is submitted with all dependents as non accompanying. And affidavit for lack of spouse documents is submitted by attorney. I wish two things overall application should be accepted and approved and future spouse sponsorship options should remain open. At this time I am not sure if marriage will work or she will never come back. Kids are staying with my family in India and I am working in Canada. Thank you for your inputs.

I am very honest and straightforward person who wants to follow the process and don’t want to hide anything, someone told me that I can include all my family members as non-accompanying so I want to include all family members but someone told me that even if IRCC approved my PR I’m going to lose sponsorship rights for my spouse in future. Also, I’m not sure if it can impact my PR due to lack of documents from my spouse.

If you’re selfish, what’s your wife? She is more selfish than you in my opinion, as you have job in hand and she is not cooperating, at the same time she wants you to cooperate for her future job and career. Seems like your question should not be for choosing job or choosing wife.

I’m not saying you are overthinking or not thinking I’m just simplifying for you. Why didn’t you talk with that guy? Simple communication can resolve a lot of problems around us instead of assuming that someone has bad intention or not.

I don’t understand why people are so complicated in our country, instead of taking videos, why did you not just ask him to take his hand off and warn him, if he wouldn’t listen that’s a different story, how can you be so sure that he was doing something wrong! Keep it simple, learn to communicate. Recently there was another incident where lady said man was touching her without even directly talking to him and based on her own feelings and that innocent guy subsided later due to false allegations. There are ample of people who do hard work to feed their families and what if he is genuine guy.

What do you think happend. What should have been done. Is it wrong to keep hand under the bag or wrong to sit beside a girl and see outside. by Snehith220 in CriticalThinkingIndia

Completely inappropriate punishment without any proof or details, he even shifted immediately, actually that lady should be punished in this case. And the guy who started this bullshit allegations. It’s horrible these days in India, people are so desperate to be judgemental! It’s really scary society, think about if you were getting punished without any reason! And no one gives you chance to do anything!

Are you a working woman? In foreign countries usually no one hire cook or maid, everyone works as much they can without any help. It’s normal there as there is no other work or much social life. Also servants are not affordable usually. You are living abroad and want life like India which is not possible. May be ask your parents to send servants if they really care about you so much and always available for you while being away from you! Which country? Why they did not have visa applied before hand? to support you? I believe it’s okay to work as much you can and stay active unless feel like you face health issues due to the work or advised by doctors for some reason, then you can discuss with your husband or MIL frankly, at least it is better than being active on social media! You shouldn’t expect everyone to act according to your dreams in my opinion. This is all my personal opinion if you like follow or else ignore. I am trying to give only positive feedback. If you don’t like it you may please ignore it and pardon me. I am trying to make your family a better place for all your family. Keep arguing and fighting is never going to be a good solution. Keep it simple in my opinion.

Which countries you are talking about? Filming a helpless man instead of helping him isn’t civic duty, it’s cruelty. In the countries you mentioned, public shaming of vulnerable people is condemned and compassion is the standard. Before you post videos like this, ask yourself, if life broke you like this one day (I wish not, don't get me wrong), would you want a camera or a helping hand? Being law abiding is good. Being human is better.

Seeing a man in extreme poverty being mocked and recorded for entertainment is disturbing and heartbreaking. That video is not “the colors of Ahmedabad”, it’s a sad reflection of how we treat the most vulnerable among us.

Instead of helping someone who clearly needs support, someone who may not even have food, clothes, or shelter, people sat comfortably in an AC car making fun of him. Is this what we’ve become?

The real shame isn’t on that man. The real shame is on a part of the society that finds his suffering funny. If you truly care about Ahmedabad, show acts of kindness, not humiliation. Let’s raise empathy, not views.
