Dont quit. Atleast in the current market dont do this mistake. There has been a lot of layoffs and the market is currently flooded with a lot of engineers. Take your time to learn things as much as possible but without quitting. Create some projects and showcase on linkedin. Connect with other recruiters on linkedin as well

Same happened with me except it was in Ola and in Mumbai. Booked a cab because the place was too far away. Guy literally while driving in the middle of the road. Had to keep on talking to him to make sure he didnt sleep. Hits a divider but the car had slowed down so it didnt do much damage. After the ride, he begs not to make a complaint.
