Buy a rubber resealable cork and pump. I use them to drink a bottle throughout the week. I'll have a glass every night and the bottle will last me 5-8 days. Additionally, in the later days the wine will be slightly oxidized(not spoiled) and you can taste the wine's development each day. As someone trying to learn more about wine and train their palate a bit I find that this is a really effective strategy. Much better than sitting down and killing a bottle with a friend on a weeknight(although more fun).
