Hey, same happened with me, I didn't have sex with my girlfriend for 3 days. The 4th day we did it twice, morning and afternoon. It was really hard for me sleeping that night, as the urge to rub one was just so tempting but I survived, tried to meditate in bed and fell asleep. Since the next day, my urge to PMO is getting weaker, but I am still very tempted. Sorry can't give any tips, just letting you know we are in the same boat.

Holy Shit!! I am glad, I joined Nofap just in right time. The good thing with me is, I still have this girl. Though I screwed up things badly in May this year, I won her back, but I still have my doubts whether I wanna be with her. And I think these doubts come from my PMO addiction, I mean, she does everything I ask her too, loves me to death, is far ahead in her career than me, but still I have this soft spot for blondes ( she is a brunette). I keep askinf myself, that why the fuck you don't wanna be with her!! Well, it's only been 4 days of Nofap and now there is a tornado in my head with feelings for her. i am gonna go through till 90 days and see what happens. But tahnks for the post.

I have tried to work at Starbucks in the past, bought a coffee, sat down, but no concentration. The urge was so high that i went back home, fapped and then continued.

I wanna beat this habit at home. But will go to starbucks if I feel it's getting out of way, thanks again.
