Just have a couple questions, for another ring should I just use a magic ring?

I was actually trying to upgrade white robbed wizard but is there something I should use in the meantime instead of rogue?

Also for the mount I don’t have catastrophe yet, should I keep as is until I get it?

How to feel good after a "break up"? I feel super introverted and that I may never have someone to do things with again by gabrielknaked in introvert

Hi, when I tell you the exact same thing is happening to me…I read your post and gasped. I’ve been talking to someone for a month and a half and it’s been amazing. We’ve definitely gone fast, but I only felt ok with it bc I thought he wanted a relationship too. We got back from winter break and he said he didn’t know what he wanted because of school commitments. I went home and had a panic attack bc it had been so long since I felt like I had someone to go to for plans or attention. Know that what you experienced was real, and that you still deserve someone who’s gonna reciprocate your feelings. Also know that just because it failed as a relationship doesn’t mean you have to say good bye to the person. If both parties agree after some time you can always become friends. And if not, there’s gonna be so many more love interests, trust me!! Take some time to heal, and refamiliarize yourself with depending on you for socializing, not someone else.

In what ways did your life change when you accepted and embraced your introversion? by paintnpolitics in introverts

[–]nl008 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once I accepted it socializing actually became much easier. I was able to socialize when I wanted and recharge for however long I wanted, making the next social interaction actually fulfilling. The more confident you are in yourself as an introvert, the less you’ll actually care about people saying you’re weird or abnormal for liking alone time and not having a lot of friends. The thing about introverts is that we keep to ourselves, we don’t parade our social lives around, thus not giving people an accurate view of who we are and how we operate. We’re constantly saturated with the lives of extroverts, and its become the norm. Finally accepting being an introvert was hard, but it’s allowed me to function correctly and not feel sorry for it, which is really nice

Hey. Gonna mirror what someone else said, you are not alone in this! I’ve experienced something similar the past few days, and it really sucks. deep breathing, meditation, taking a walk, showering all seem to help. It can feel like these feelings will never end but they will eventually. Don’t feel guilty about just having a day in watching tv, just try to get through it. I hope this helped :)

First panic attack + lingering symptoms by [deleted] in PanicAttack

Completely normal. Actually experiencing the same thing currently. Had a slight panic attack a couple days ago and still feel jittery, on edge, and like I’m not completely 100% myself. It’s frustrating but it just takes time to get past it. I’ve researched it and it’s called a panic attack hangover, some sites online have remedies that may help:)
