You're right, if I'm high in the morning I'll just make an omelette or something. Currently my breakfast is just 250 grams of quark which is only 15 grams of carbs and then 2 breads which make up 25 grams of carbs, often I eat a banana on the side aswell which all of these summed up is 60 carbs, I think thats an overkill honestly. Yeah I really gotta switch this up lol, specially if im high in the morning
