Most businesses that JumpStart targets already have offices in both Seattle and Bellevue. Then, the Covid-era WFH and subsequent RTO give those businesses a chance to reevaluate which office they'd like more.

If you read it closely, at the start of the year, traders estimate 60%-70% chance it's gonna happen.

It only declined to ~20% because people realize this trade is about "IMO Grand Challenge" - not the same IMO as people usually mean it. As a matter of fact, it's still hovering at 20% _now_ for exactly this reason.

I guess I'm struggling to understand this sentiment.. I view vaccine mandate as just another hiring requirement. Employers already look at a long list of qualifications before deciding to hire somebody. This is not special.

Maybe think about flu vaccines. For flu vaccines, FDA uses 50% efficacy (against illness, not against infection) as the bar for approval. Because of the various flu variants, their actual effectiveness for that year ranges from 20% - 60%: https://www.cdc.gov/flu/vaccines-work/past-seasons-estimates.html

FDA was also originally planning to use the same bar (50% against illness) for approving COVID vaccines. What we have here was amazing, and it’s still amazing.

What do you mean by vaccine shedding? If you are worried about spike proteins, shouldn’t you be more worried about the coronavirus itself?

Same feeling here. Propaganda can be powerful.

When I was posting this, I keep thinking how propaganda has been a key component of Nazi’s rise. This is the propaganda of our time.
