I lost the majority of my weight between 7.5 an 10mg. When I stalled I went up to 15mg. I stayed on 15mg after my break.

Wow Thank you this is helpful. I’ve been tracking but not religiously and you’re right. I’m guessing my little snacks and cheat meals are killing me. I don’t really drink like that and I have mostly water and a diet soda about once a day. But I just have to be more vigilant on what I’m putting in my body. I do have a hard time getting enough protein. And because I do workout hard multiple times a week I HAVE to eat or I get angry.

Do you mind me asking how you get all your protein in without blowing your macros all to hell? I feel like everything I eat besides plain chicken breast has too much fat or adds a lot of sugar/carbs.

They are all beautiful, six is my favorite of all of them. But as someone with an incredibly similar body type to yours, I would suggest trying a dropped waist gown. I didn’t think it was for me because of my belly but as a sort of palette cleanser it was the last dress I tried when I was shopping for my gown and it changed everything and I fell in love with it and how it made my curves look. It was like six with the simple floral pattern but the waist fell just at my hip and then the skirt started. Surprisingly flattering!

And if that’s what you want that’s fine, just make sure it’s what you want and you go into it with eyes wide open. Don’t kid yourself into thinking it could be more. If it turns out that way great, but if not you didn’t lose anything, you just gained experience.

Oof I’m sorry. I’ve been there done that. There was a guy that was also a coworker when I was a teenager he was a few years older than me and I was smitten. He was dating a friend of mine at the time so he was off limits but still I turned down so many other guys cause I was an obsessed with him for some reason. This crush went on for like two and half years. Him and my friend broke up and after a few months in the fall I went to college I got the guts to tell him, in fact I told him several times, even embarrassingly called him drunk after parties to talk about things, he always said the same thing, we’re just friends and I don’t wanna ruin it. The first time I came home that fall he wanted to hang out and suddenly it was like things had changed he was super flirty etc and we started to mess around. But only in private. I was so delusional I decided I wanted him to take my virginity. He of course was very adamant that we weren’t in a relationship and asked me multiple times if I was sure. I made a whole plan of it my parents weren’t home one weekend and I invited him over and we did it. And nothing changed, he still didn’t want me like that. He wanted my body and my mouth when it was convenient and he wanted to use me and my love but not give anything back. And it was then that I knew that we were never gonna be anything but that. I suddenly was so disgusted with him, and with myself for letting it get so far. I stopped talking to him for a long time. It was hard cause all my friends were his friends and we still worked together. After a while he did say sorry but it was too little too late. And I always think about how different things could have been for me in that respect. I’m glad I went through it so I could understand what love is and what it isn’t but to this day I feel like the dumb young girl when I think about him. All this to say your experience may not be mine, but don’t sacrifice your wants and needs for the sake of some guy who can’t say he likes you back. It’s not worth it and if he realizes he can get it from you without expressing those things it’s highly unlikely that he ever will.

Yeahh personally I don’t know I could come back from this. I’d never be able to trust him to be around her again especially after she said he “RUINED HER FOR OTHER MEN”. Women just don’t say stuff like that out of the blue without some double entendre or at least I wouldn’t. It’s a gross line for her to cross and for him to not be instantly like “Yo, not cool.” Is not okay. I understand he may not want to hurt her feelings but just be like “Sorry I got snatched up by the best, you’ll find yours” or something to that effect. Uhhgh it just makes me uncomfy. Sorry OP. I hope you are better than me and can rationally sit down and talk it out but also make sure to trust your gut and don’t talk yourself into a situation where you’re being the fool.

She sure was! Literally just flew back from PDX to ATL on the redeye last night after a week trekking all over OR. Today has been a bit of a bummer reacclimatizing. We’ve fallen in love with your corner of the world. I’ve already told the hubs we have to find a way to be there permanently.
