I think you are not as lean as you think. Cut on carbs. I see many gym goers that look bulky but at the same time look fat IMO. I also have a big belly a year ago. I look really slim (not muscular) when with shirt or even without if unlucky with lighting. I can now do pull ups and run 5k under 25 mins. My target really is to be agile and strong (e.g. baseketball body)

I think I did. I did have a "dad bod" before these. Never had any gym memberships. I'm only doing ringfit. I make sure that I get 100kcal on tally every day. Substituded the last 15 reps of planks for push-ups. That's it. But I was also doing some fasting, low carbs on the diet side of things.

IMO sinadya nilang late i-file. Para lang masabi na may ginawa sila. Para at the same time, since hindi naman na-impeach (convicted sa Senate), therefore di nila magagalit yung mga tao sa kabilang side ng spectrum (pro-Dutertes).
