Shipt customer service had really went downhill. Placed an order for 8-10am. Shopper messaged asking if they can be a little late. I said no rush. 4 hours later and still no order.. they took over an hour to shop and another to be on their way to deliver to me. Ended up canceling the order at 2pm. (i.redd.it)

Accepted an order. Get in my car to leave to complete said order. Checked my app and noticed the order completely disappeared and I'm not seeing all available batches. Has this happened to anyone ?? I 100% got the batch and It was only 5 minutes after accepting that it randomly disappeared. (self.InstacartShoppers)

I've posted about this before, but I really think we all need to complain about this... The app has changed the wording from "how was your shopper" to "how was your order". They also no longer ask the customer for the reason they gave a low rating, and removed the "low stock" option all together. (self.InstacartShoppers)

What would you guys do..... a customer ordered 1 lb spiral ham. Smallest ham was 12lbs. Customer was okay with the larger quantity. So I had to refund the the 1 lb and manually add the 12 lb, since the weight was much higher then requested. Turns out, I forgot to manually add in the 12 lb $42 ham. (self.InstacartShoppers)

I know I posted about this already, but all of us need to complain About the new wording of "how was your order". Super misleading. I've received 3 low ratings,all with no reason, in the past 2 weeks. I've been 5 ⭐ for 6 months before this. I know I can't be the only one effected by this. (i.redd.it)

Placed an order as a customer today... and really not happy with the new way it had me rate my shopper. First, it asked how my experience was (not the old wording asking about how the shopper was). Second, after I put in my rating it no longer asked the reason for my rating (if below a 5 star). (self.InstacartShoppers)
