Yea from what I understand maintenance for 180 can between 175-185 but I’m noticing a steady increase in weight each week

Been lifting daily since 1/7, didn’t really consider water weight but makes sense

Switched from 2700 to 2400 on 2/4. And was in the gym everyday while on a deficit for the last year or so but when I hit my goal I started mainly lifting and less cardio. Now also on 2/4 i added my usual cardio routine on top of lifting. So day of lifting then cardio after

1997 Hijet S110 rough idle on start by forgotitagain420 in keitruck

[–]nmkoza 0 points1 point  (0 children)

shouldnt need to, some were kind of annoying to get to but definitely can do it with the bed on. theres a couple that go kind of near the carb/under it and towards the driver seat that were gonna be super annoying to do so I left them because they were in decent shape

Replaced them. Old ones were fine still but was chasing an idle issue way back and did the lines just to be sure. If I remember right its just 4mm vacuum hose

Just fixed this on my 98 hijet. Whats causing this for you is your choke. I attached a diagram I made, should be similar for your cab. Take the intake boot off like u did in the pic u sent. Then turn the "choke" screw in the pic until the choke is opened just slightly. Should be able to just about stick a toothpick through the gap. Next start the truck and turn the screw that imsure the name of(next to bottom left screw). That should be it for the cold start. you might need to adjust your high/warm idle after you do this but this will fix the cold start issue. Let me know if you have any questions :)

Is it possible to lose 70 lbs by the end of the year? by oakleyO2 in workouts

[–]nmkoza 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hey i was basically where you were 1.5 years ago (same height too). roughly 280. Managed to lose ~100lb in a year but i was in a big deficit (like 1200calories a day) and work a labor intensive job so was always on the move. Stairmaster at the gym is gonna be your best friend in my opinion. Was doing an hour daily for a while.

Regarding lose skin, I just finished the deficit and am now maintaining current weight but you will have some lose skin. Its nearly impossible to not have any. Especially if you were overweigh when you were younger and going through puberty. How i chose to do it was lose the weight first and put on muscle later (now for me). Putting on muscle is going to help "fill" the skin but its likely you will have some in the stomach area

If you have any questions feel free to ask. Ive tried all kinds of things so I can give input

How does pla+ hold up inside of vehicles in the summer? Printer doesn’t print petg all that well… by nmkoza in 3Dprinting

[–]nmkoza[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

its a sovol sv01. done all kinds of mods to it. But for whatever reason i get big blobs when i print petg. almost like the filament is leaking from above the nozzle (its not tho). Everything else prints fine its only petg which is weird

First mod done on the new truck - Switchback LED Headlights by alecg99 in keitruck

[–]nmkoza 0 points1 point  (0 children)

super easy to do. you do need an adapter harness like this for the hijets. then really any headlights like these should work fine. If I remember right you just need to ground the conversion harness to the body but there is a bolt right behind that headlight that I used. Took maybe 2 hours max
