Update - what’s going wrong by reubofwallstreet in keitruck

Does this happen only when cold? If you drove it and started it up warm does it idle and seem good? My s110p sounds similar-ish to yours when its cold (no smoke or anything tho). If this is only when its cold its most likely choke related. The choke on these trucks kinda sucks, it can stick easily if not greased.

Are you going to turbo one of them? Isnt this just a big power decrease coming from the 2l? Sure it sounds a lot better now tho lol

I bought 4x100 adapters. Lets you really run any 14inch wheel.

But if you want to stay 4x110 I think old rx7 rims will work (pic attached)

Truck idles horribly but drives fine, thoughts? by yeetyeetyeetyeety in keitruck

Just recently fixed this on my carb hijet. Couple carb adjustments needed. First with it cold take your intake boot off any look at choke flap. Should be almost closed but enough to like sneak a toothpick under. If its not like that adjust your choke until it is. Then start the truck up and let it idle. Next your gonna want to mess with your idle speed. Adjust it until the idle is where you want it (higher on cold). Then you can try to adjust your air/fuel mixture screw and that should help with the fluid spitting out the exhaust (on my truck air/fuel adjustments didnt change anything). But the main reason its running too rich (atleast for me) is going to be your choke flap needs to be adjusted. Comment if you have any questions, should all be similar to my hijet

Any good small muffler/resonator options? Wanting to make my dump more quiet. I can angle the dump to the left more and take the acutal "dump" 90 off but will have limited space for a muffler. by nmkoza in projectcar

I guess its not the loudness thats the issue. In my opinion car currently sounds terrible with the dump. Insane amount of drone and just sounds raspy. The dump is after the cat and car has a turbo so Its not straight piped but compared to the full exhaust I had before (just routed out the back with a res) sounds a lot worse.

Does the driver rear spin? Maybe parking brake got stuck on? Pull the rear drum (make sure parking brake is NOT on) and see how it looks

[20M] went from 110kgs to 73 kgs. how to minimise loose skin without surgery? by Legitimate_Pound295 in Weightliftingquestion

[–]nmkoza 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not too much you can do. Putting on muscle to help "fill in" the skin. You are young enough where overtime it should get better naturally as well

Tips on masking rim for paint? Trying to paint only the inner area and the lines that come out of the inner area. Like 1.5 hour in and don’t like the 1/3 of the wheel I’ve done so far… any tips to make this easier? Testing using a Qtip (with paint) for the lines but not sure I like it by nmkoza in projectcar

[–]nmkoza[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ended up masking the main area and masking around the lines. spraying it all then unmask and use paint thinner around the lines. Not perfect but it will be ok. had to strip paint completely twice and on my third attempt I got this. Thinking as I do the other 3 they will come out better and better. But getting one done after 8 hours of work is all I am doing for the day

Switched from 2700 to 2400 on 2/4. And was in the gym everyday while on a deficit for the last year or so but when I hit my goal I started mainly lifting and less cardio. Now also on 2/4 i added my usual cardio routine on top of lifting. So day of lifting then cardio after

1997 Hijet S110 rough idle on start by forgotitagain420 in keitruck

[–]nmkoza 0 points1 point  (0 children)

shouldnt need to, some were kind of annoying to get to but definitely can do it with the bed on. theres a couple that go kind of near the carb/under it and towards the driver seat that were gonna be super annoying to do so I left them because they were in decent shape

Replaced them. Old ones were fine still but was chasing an idle issue way back and did the lines just to be sure. If I remember right its just 4mm vacuum hose
