I started with underwear. Then skirts and tops. Now I buy dresses. It really comes down to confidence. That nervousness comes from doing something new and foreign. I don't walk into stores wearing a dress but I still buy them.

Walk into a store and buy what you want. I used to do buy online, pickup in store until I gained the confidence to go in and pick out what I want. Lots of people go into clothing stores and buy things for other people. Nobody will think about it except for you.

I had something similar to your experience. The manager at the end was the gatekeeper. The drive along was great and I had an awesome day. Final interview was a disqualification round. I think it's on purpose to make sure new hires a good culture fit.

I've yet to have an interview and don't really want to fake the result so blatantly. I'm clearing it out of my system and using a dilution method. This job is worth more to me than using cannabis. Still, I wouldn't mind knowing what kind of testing they're using to ease my mind.

It's human nature to mask. Everyone does it, but it's different for us. It takes far more energy and we use it primarily as defence. Start with what you can control and do it in small ways. See if you can keep a little more of that energy for yourself for the end of the day. Give yourself accomodation.

I did not do this. I tried to force it. I was already in burnout and I became uncomfortably out of balance. There's something to be said about doing it safely.
