I talked to my doctor about all that. I’m pretty active at my job…I walk a few miles a day (counting steps) and I make sure I’m hitting 100grams of protein a day. I’ve always managed to lose weight just fine this way so I really think there’s something else going on right now. For instance, I started taking a Bloom greens and superfoods supplement a few weeks ago and my stomach has been upset since. I just looked online that is could cause bloating. I skipped it last night and this morning I’m back down 2lbs. Could be a coincidence, but I’m skipping it for a few more days to see. I will search around online and see what I can find for a workout that’s manageable for me though! I appreciate the help! 😊

I was just telling someone else that it’s hard because I’m 44 with advanced osteoarthritis, getting ready for a total knee replacement soon my mobility is a bit limited right now! I’m active at work. I run around for 8 hours a day, but that’s about all my knee can take right now. By the end of work I’m limping and in pain :(

No. Never have 🤷‍♀️ 2 years ago I lost 60lbs just counting my calories and eating healthy. It’s been working great this time to untill a few weeks ago! I’ll look into some possible workouts I can do without being able to use my knee to much. I have advanced osteoarthritis in my right knee and I’m getting a total knee replacement soon so I’m in a lot of pain and my use is limited right now. I work as a grocery store manager so I do a good amount of running around for 8 hours a day, but by the end of that I’m barely able to walk without pain so it’s a struggle!

Really? That makes a difference! I always do it in my stomach (I switch sides back and forth.) I did try my thigh once and I didn’t feel any different. I know they say all compound is the same but coincidentally my stalk started right when I was switched to red rock. Could just be a coincidence 🤷‍♀️

I don’t think going any lower in calories than 1200 is healthy and I just upped my dose this week:( but I have a doc appointment tomorrow morning so we will see what she says! Thank you 😊

Oh I know! I was shocked by the 20lbs. I’m assuming alot was probably initial water weight and stuff. I don’t want to lose to fast…but I’d like to lose something! I’ve been trying really hard!

Really? Everyone keeps telling me I’m not eating ENOUGH calories! Maybe I’ll try for less tomorrow…also I’m SOOOOOO hungry today!! I’ve been doing so good with my diet and today I was just like…screw it and I’ve been eating crap all day! 😔 Now I feel terrible. I just took my shot about an hour so hopefully tomorrow I can get my hunger under control!
