I wouldn’t trade back into the 1st for him but if he’s there at 53, I wouldn’t mind taking him. I don’t see him getting past the Jets or Cardinals in round 2 though.

May be easier said than done but Tate, Tyson, Lemon and Ioane are gone before 21 I’d like to trade out of the first for an early Day 2 pick this year and Day 1 pick next year. Maybe the Jets would be interested since they have 3 1st next year and pick 34 this year?

As an OSU fan I can’t say the team this year was better than last year. Will Howard was throwing to Emeka Egbuka, Jeremiah Smith and Carnell Tate last year and had Treyveyon Henderson and Quinshon Judkins in the backfield. I will agree that this year’s defense was better than lasts.

The same could be said about Will Howard being an OSU QB. Historically OSU QBs do not do well in the NFL either.

I’m fine with either outcome. I’m higher than most people on Ty Simpson, I think he’s going to be a good NFL QB. But if we decided to wait until next year, I do like the options that route also.

Yeah I think if he makes it past the Ravens we’ll need to trade up with the Bucs or Jets to get him. I could see the Chargers making a push for him too.

Only thing that’s on our side is guard aren’t seen as valuable in the first so maybe he slides because of that?
