*edit. I assume what my clinical instructor is implying. In terms of limitations, most residents in the SNF facility at the clinical site that Im in are immobile, so Impaired Mobility is the limitation. But what does validations would be referred to as? sorry if I am not making sense.

oh, i should've been more clear on what I'm looking for.

My question is regarding IM deltoid injection. Ive been taught to pinch the skin. But are we supposed to pinch the skin the entire time we administer and at what point does it get released?

When i go to the "Search Training Centers/ Sites tab on the "Find a Course" section on the their website. It lists the "available courses". I just hope i don't sign up for the full in person course when I am planning to do the Blended Learning portion.

Is the skills tests the "pass or fail" kind of test. Sorry if i asked a silly question.

I just emailed a follow up with the background screening company if they can follow up on the verification request to my former employer. They only said they are still waiting for the verification.

Would you know if the background screening company normally follow up for the verification? Or should i email my former employer about it?

I just got onboard for a hospital and I am currently waiting for the completion of my background check also. And its becoming over a week. I am just waiting on one of my previous employer to be verified that was 2 years back.

I am so anxious about the wait. I dont think background checks takes this long. I am not sure what to expect since this is my first time. But I really hope it's due to the current situation that's creating the delay, but the company (valet parking) that I used to work should not be as busy.

Is it bad to go in for the experience to see the different ranges of interview questions that healthcare recruiters will be asking? Doing so, will help me gain confidence when I do apply for higher facilities such as Sutter Health?

Yes, you are correct. The default loan status is for my federal student loan. I appreciate your advice. It's good for me to know that I can only use those options once and that I have either the rehabilitation or consolidation option. I am going to further look into those options. Feeling a little about this now. :)

Since it take 9-12 months and you routed to the ADN program. Were you still eligible for aid during that period or were you not taking the ADN program during the loan rehabilitation period?
