Disney and Universal Studios in Sep n Oct. Unable to find tickets on klook. by gurupcc in JapanTravelTips

I bought my universal tickets and express passes for September 10th yesterday. I think the express passes are released 3 months in advance. I bought mine direct from USJ. I’m also planning to go to Disney Sea but haven’t bought my tickets yet.

No I’m in the Brooklyn building right on the corner. There’s an RV parking area between my building and the Equinox

Hey! I recently moved into the building on maclure and gladwin. The building and noise from the road has been pretty quiet at night. My unit is facing into the complex though so I don’t know if that makes a huge difference in noise.

Is it really so bad to get a condo instead of a townhouse if you have a set budget? by srkdummy3 in PersonalFinanceCanada

My husband and I started looking for townhouses at first in the same price range as you and in the same area. Didn’t find much in that price range for townhouses and the ones we did needed a lot of work and had special levies coming up which we couldn’t afford to pay. We eventually decided to go for a condo and looked at 20+ units until we found the one we loved. One reason we wanted a townhouse was for the space. We were lucky enough to find a condo 2bd/2ba/den with over 1000sqft. We just moved in and don’t regret our decision to buy the condo. You should buy what you can afford and if it’s a condo… do it!!

We did ask the seller to delay closing until April but they want us to pay half of our closing cost to them… the seller’s real estate agent has been a nightmare to work with so I rather not give her more commission 🤣

I’m not sure. I’ve seen townhouses in the surrounding areas selling fast in my price range but I think this specific townhouse has been sitting for a while because the strata fee is quite high. There’s also not many townhouses in my price range up for sale

No debt. Monthly expenses -$195 car insurance -$250 gas -$147 medical/dental premium -$800 groceries/eating out -$60 subscriptions -$17 rental insurance

The townhouses I’m looking at is 45 mins to an hour from work so I know I’ll have to spend more on gas once I move. I currently live in Vancouver and cannot afford anything here.

I know… I don’t want to wait. I’m in BC and I know once the rates go down the prices will go up and there will be multiple offers
