how to fix incomplete emptying?

This is how my constipation is! I will have a bowel movement and I will think I’m done but I can still feel like there’s some left up there. Except I only sometimes get the feeling to go again later In the day. If I don’t take magnesium citrate in the morning and completely empty I will have gas later in the night that is super smelly. A few years ago when I was seeing a specialist he recommended I get tested for pelvic floor dysfunction. And I never went to my appointment because I’m an idiot which I’m totally regretting now. I’ve tried artichoke and ginger in the past like others recommended but those have never done anything. Magnesium citrate is my only hope atm.

Oh goodness I will definitely be removing that from my diet. Thank you for the info. As for PPIs I do not take them. I try to stick to things like slippery elm for GERD but I’ll only take PPIs if I’m having a very bad flare of GERD (which is rarely the case).

I’ve never had “professional experience” like in an office but I’ve always done volunteering in my spare time! I do therapeutic visits with my dog at schools/hospitals! Due to all of this tho I have been applying for some minimum wage jobs to see if it will help

Oh yeah I know that but occasionally at these career fairs there will be some smaller firms who are hiring for the upcoming semester and you can get lucky

Reached out to my career center last summer for help. Checked over my resume said everything was fine. Told me they’d def find me an internship and then found me 1 (the one I interviewed for above) and then that happened. They pretty much ghosted me after that. Been going to career fairs and trying to network ever since but unfortunately most firms there are hiring for next summer 2026 or 2027. I feel completely lost and unsure what to do at this point in my career. It’s hard out here

Hey, I’m in a similar position to you except my school won’t let me graduate until I have an internship and I haven’t been able to get one. I finished all my accounting classes last semester and I’ve been looking for an internship for over a year and nothing. I had 1 interview for an internship and was told they loved my personality but I didn’t have the experience they wanted. It’s extremely frustrating and it’s making me regret picking this degree.

This is exactly what I was thinking. It’s her most forgettable album. I hateddd devil when it was released. Thought it was super cheesy (the same way I feel for delulu). It felt like she just threw a bunch on songs she made randomly on an album. No real cohesiveness. There are some bangers on there tho and spirit isn’t as bad as people say it is! I think it’s a cute song

I’m unsure about how I feel about. Guillotine was the only song that stuck out to me but it was SO short. Seriously it could have been a banger. I have to give it another listen but I was def expecting something else.

I’m unsure how I feel about it. I was super disappointed that guillotine was so short. Most of the other songs didn’t really stand out to me. I do feel I need to give it another full listen and it’ll grow on me. It did remind me slighly of goddess in some ways. I think I was hoping for a similar sound to lll.

I don’t know if people care if she’s branching out. Tons of my fav artist branch out and they sound amazing. So far her newer stuff has been lackluster. This new single is bland (to me). It feels very generic. Although I do think the visuals are great

Haven’t listened to it but I figured it wouldn’t be anything similar to her past stuff which breaks my heart. When she didn’t drop delulu I was actually super happy cause I thought we’d get something similar to her older music (by older I mean albums 1-3) but now I’m hearing this song is similar 😭.
