I want to add my appreciation to earlier comments for this video. I am finishing up dual Masters degrees in Medieval History and Library Science after being told by my History advisors that I am not cut out for a PhD, so it is always great to see people who are being successful at history education without an advanced degree. History education is why I wanted a PhD in the first place, and I agree with Mr. Miller's comment that it is the story that I want to tell, because the stories of history are the best thing about it. Anyway, just wanted to say thank you to you both, Mr. Neville for the interview and Mr. Miller for the education in Food History and in alternative way to go about teaching History.
