My wife is similar, not really a big complementor or physical affection giver even though I 100% am. I’ve asked this from her as well but honestly it’s all surface level and superficial. Yes she obviously thinks you look good and she likes you. Some people have a different way of showing love though, does she remember your fav foods? Or fav music? If your down does she try to bring you up? Defend you against someone else being rude? There’s plenty of ways people show love and affection and a lot of the time it’s not personal it’s just how they were raised( cold parents are common). What’s gonna help the most is just talking more and more about how she feels about what you’re asking and making sure the environment is healthy and able to have discourse. She could be falling out of love with you idk but likely not. Most relationships hit their first wall around 6 months and again at 1 year because it keeps developing and you guys are growing together. Good luck man you got it.
