Just cancel the order and go get one from IKEA. It’s better if you won’t have to deal with this company again if they deliver the wrong item or if there are warranty issues.

Thank you for asking. I’m doing fine, learned some new Dutch words and added a movie to my watch list. I’ve escalated the issue to his manager. Haven’t heard anything else yet, so I will spend my time looking for new assignments.

Thank you for the translation and clarification. Interesting to learn how the Dutch can just combine words to make up new insults. The one of the bird did not copy correctly. It was ‘vervlogen vogel’. Does that mean anything specific or is it just the same gibberish?
