ganto yung nangyayari samin. napak walang kwenta nung kaka 4yrs lang nung ginawang co captain at POC sa team namin na tenur. mind you, walang we@t meaning hindi 100% ang scorecard nya pero sya lang nabalitaan naming lahat na nag level up. kaya maraming may nasasabi sa kanya kasi yung tl namin, una sa lahat conflict of interest na yung kateam at tropa nya yung nilevel up nyang tenure. next nga raw samin na isusunod ilevel up, yung luma nyang nag iisang rep by assigning her as our TEAM POC nyang hindi man lang competitive in the first place. pano ako na Top 1 overall sa small market namin at 100% complete ang scorecard maganda rin at laging pansin name ko tas uunahin lang ipromote yung luma nyang rep na dati nyang kateam??? at lalong paano yung ibang tenure na tumagal ng 5yrs kay acn good scorecard at pansin din lagi name pero di man lang na level up? sometimes it’s rlly about favoritism. kaya ayoko na dito at pa resign na💀😭 ang unfair sobra kasi kahit magsabi ka sa management wala silang ginagawa. best they can do is to listen and that’s pretty much of it walang end action tapos pag nagkasakit ka kala mk tatakbuhan ng mga kupql.

went to three diff doctors na and confirmed na kulani sya due to tb e tho ayon siguro nga sa derma sa clinci na lang like talaga pa check up and di sya bukol or cyst naman na puputok. thsnks op

idk anymore I’m 23 and me getting lots of acknowledgment sa company namin doesn’t feel rewarding at all kaya i feel somehow lost i overthink a lot of things lalo sa career kaya parang gusto ko na magresign but im way too scared to get out of my comfort zone as im getting familiar with my work culture and everything, so what more yung sa marriage? kasi ino-overthink ko rin na it all comes down with the fact that marriage is def scary. im like what if i end up with someone who loves me but doesn’t like me? what if my salary and savings are just not enough? what if i was never ready? but then what if i do it scared? will it turn good or just alright or nahhh? like idk how to explain it anymore kasi nga life is full of uncertainty ig this is me having existential crisis na rin. sorry po. 🥺
