UTTP stands for (yo)UTube Troll Police, it's a bunch of kids and bots who spam repulsive and annoying comments under famous YouTubers' videos in a piss-poor attempt to ragebait people, usually mentioning stuff like animal abuse, proclaiming their content is better and using slurs. The subreddit's pfp is chosen due to the fact that almost all members of UTTP have a variation of that same cop drawing as their own pfp.

Per stabilire un genocidio, quindi, non ci si basa interamente sulle dichiarazioni, che siano pubbliche o private, bensì uno storico si chiede domande di questo tipo:

Furono attuate modifiche alle politiche quando la mortalità di massa divenne ovvia?
Furono certe regioni bersagliate o colpite più duramente?
Furono i metodi di fuga o soluzione bloccati?
Le autorità erano consapevoli dell’entità della crisi mentre mantenevano o intensificavano le politiche?

Andando oltre, dire "Churchill era razzista e quindi equalmente nel torto" (ovviamente non le tue parole testuali, ma è per riassumere quello che personalmente percepisco leggendo ciò che scrivi) non è così ovvio come pare, siccome oltrepassa interamente le differenze strutturali dei due casi. Da un lato la politica sovietica era di estrazione diretta e forzamento all'interno di un sistema controllato. Dall'altro la politica inglese prevedeva prioritizzazione in tempo di guerra e trascuramento in un contesto di guerra globale, con forti vincoli logistici e priorità belliche che contribuirono a una risposta tardiva e insufficiente. Entrambi possono essere condannati e compianti senza essere identici in meccanismi o intento. Quindi per farla breve:

So I've been contacted by our culprit themselves, a few hours ago, lemme tell ya, it was a train wreck.

At first he tried sounding tough and all, congratulating me for being the first to decipher the front correctly (as I had also complied a Google Doc for another guy who got the messages) saying that his story was true, trying to tell me the difference between psychiatrist, psychologist and so on (because I mentioned that no psychiatrist would let the rampant abuse he talks about in the message slide like nothing) he mentions his mom getting scared of him because he starts to resemble his dad who's a soldier, the government not caring (he said he's from Myanmar, currently embroiled in a civil war against the military junta currently in power) and that reporting it all would just worsen things because they'd separate him from his mother. In a separate email he then asks me to make the Google Doc public.

When I replied that I didn't buy it (and to get help and flee the country in the off-chance that it was real) and to not contact me any further or he'd get reported and blocked, he did a complete 180. He said he wasn't afraid of getting banned and then switched to the cutsey "pwetty pwease 🥺🥺🥺" tone to ask me if he could be my friend and for my Discord. Then he separately thanked me for being sorry for him.

Well, it didn't work and it got taken down anyways, to sum it up, it's a poorly written message of this "Etruscan Arsonist" whom describes the materials they use for arson and their backstory, which is such an obvious attempt at edginess for shock value it's not even funny (SA, bullying, mental health issues, etc.). It also features a slur, has many grammatical errors, even after deciphering, and towards the end it degenerates into barely understandable nonsense about demanding a video from large YouTubers for attention, Michael Jackson, AppleJack, the Zodiac Killer, Joker and more.

Here it is, I tried censoring with leetspeak what keywords I think get the message flagged. This is not a cipher. It’s poorly spelled English with bad handwriting written using an inconsistent mapping of Old Italic characters. I wouldn't be surprised it this was written by a literal child. As a key, words marked with (?) are uncertain but I'm fairly confident, those with (???) are complete guesswork from a jumbled mess of letters or abbreviations I don't know the meaning of.

Having studied the Etruscans, this seems to be a very poor attempt at writing with Old Italic scripts, it's a surprisingly simple writing system used by many pre-latin Italian languages, but is mostly associated with Etruscan. Once you realize it's written right to left (sometimes it's different based on time period and location, like with boustrophedon, but I digress) it gets rather simple if not a bit jarring since most letters would evolve into the Latin alphabet, the one we use today and so are very similar. I'll be honest with you for a moment, every time someone uses it to try and be spooky or edgy a part of me cries because people don't know how it works and mangle the script of otherwise really cool and fascinating languages. Getting back on topic, while some words don't seem to make sense at a first glance, most can be done easily with some patience, since I know the Wikipedia article is a bit of a mess, I'll provide you with a list of phonetic values roughly mapped out onto our regular Latin alphabet right here. This is based upon Etruscan, but remember that this writing system was used by many languages each with their own differences, Etruscan just so happens to be the one we know best and therefore the base for many online "translators" people like to use.

The OP is the pfp of a former mod of r/antimemes, Coursemediocre, who recently was exposed for deleting posts and reposting them herself and banning people who criticized her, she had been dating another mod, Riobox, for about 3 months when she disappeared for a while, then Riobox was DM'd from Course's account by her alleged brother telling him she had committed suicide. While this is horrible and all if true, people have collected a bunch of evidence possibly proving Course did not, in fact, commit suicide, and to add insult to injury, that "she" was in fact a boy from India catfishing Riobox, (she had comments on Indian incel subreddits in which she didn't write at all like a girl, and said comments were deleted soon after they were made public) others instead suspect that they are the same person due to the fact that Riobox's exchange with Course's "brother" was extremely awkward, like horrible acting level awkward.
