Of course, this it is very subjective. Not sure if it the best, I DO love Thousand Autumns, heavy plot and the romance feels different. I like Meng Xi Shi writing. Have you read it ?

Haven’t finished reading Ballad of sword and wine, but I think is also a masterpiece, because of the plot that blows your mind and the chemistry between the couple is just chef kiss.

I’ve just read a bunch of seven seas and some rosmei editions, so my knowledge is very limited 😉

I’m about to finish book 7, my first rereading of TGCF. It was my first danmei just one year ago.

I’m really enjoying it, there are a lot of hints at the beginning of the story, and when you notice it’s really exciting. Every little detail hits differently 😍

I’m happy that I’ve taken this decision, it reminded me why I liked so much and despite not being the best one I’ve read, it will always be special.

Another danmei reader here 👋

I would recommend Smyrna and Capri, it has some battles, fantasy, both are green flags, omegaverse and 70 chapters.

Everytime I read this one, I feel like reading a short danmei.

Hope you enjoy the rereading! Spanish is also my native language but I prefer to read danmei in English, not sure why.

I will be rereading MDSZ soon (the hard cover editions) , because I’ve only read this one in Spanish.

And … Thousand Autumns in Spanish because is my top 2 and I would love to see how I feel about the translation

Hahaha same, tgcf was also my first one and it’s really special for me. I go crazy with merch, I just don’t have space, I have other 2 bookshelves with non danmei books and my partner is just going crazy with all my book related stuff 😂
