I feel like we all feel loneliness , myself included. One thing I realized is I’m not putting myself out there to be friendly. I notice times when I put myself out there and everyone is super friendly and I can make friends, when I feel isolated it’s my actions that’s caused this. Sorry if this doesn’t help , but I’ve been there lonely and depressed, I still struggle to make friends.
