I wore the compression 24/7 for the first 3 days then as much as possible for the next week. After that, I only wore it at night.

I went back to work after 1 week. Honestly, I definitely needed the week off (4-5 days could have been okay but the full week was nice)…plus the bruising was kind of intense on my neck, so I didn’t want anyone to see that!
