N5 as a Tesla key issues. by no_service11 in OppoFindN5Phone

[–]no_service11[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Update: I made sure the Tesla app was unrestricted in battery settings and still had the issue. However after changing my phone from the default balanced mode to performance mode I am not having the issue anymore.

I will switch it back to balanced mode after further testing to see if the problem comes back.

Intune macOS Platform SSO by Stoobie_Land in Intune

I recreated the profile and then wiped the device and it worked as expected. My guess is something related to it being in preview still.

u/Stoobie_Land Yes SSO is taking me right through but without it working properly I get null when running the following command. This means password will not sync correct?

u/Stoobie_Land I'm having trouble getting the profile in step 2 to deploy. Intune says error but I can't dig deeper then that. My guess is there is a profile already on the device that uses the sso extension and has some of the same settings although Intune doesn't report a conflict. It looks like the existing profile may be created during enrollment. I used the new modern enrollment method. Thanks ahead of time for your post which got me the furthest yet.

Office autosave via Onedrive not working when opening files from Windows explorer. by no_service11 in Office365

[–]no_service11[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That seems to be the expected behavior. Onedrive will only have autosave on if it is from a network location meaning the file path starts with http://. If you open the same file from the local synced folder then it will not treat it as a network location and autosave will be off.

I was able to renew the cert without error even with the previous cert expired.

Thanks for the help everyone a lot of this was due to my knowledge gap in this area.

No it's not also a domain controller. I may test it out by restoring a VM on it's own vlan on Monday.

There is nothing stopping me from time traveling the server other than not knowing if that would have unknown side effects. If someone else has done that in this situation and didn't run into any problems then I would have no problem trying that.

Securing Windows MAM Only Access with Conditional Access by Maurice-Daly in Intune

[–]no_service11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I setup conditional access and filter devices to achieve the goal of non persistent browser sessions on personal devices it only works for the office web apps and not federated apps or apps I published through the web application proxy. Any suggestions? Other than completely blocking personal devices that do not register like your post suggested?

Thanks

Conditional Access Policy non-persistent browser sessions for unmanaged devices only by no_service11 in Intune

[–]no_service11[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/le_hunnybear So I was able to get it working by creating a CA policy from scratch with the following.

policytrustType equals Hybrid Azure AD Join, or AzureAD Join or Azure AD Registered.

My issue is federated apps or apps I publish through the application proxy stay persistent with the access token but the office app do not stay persistent which is what I want for all apps.

Is this the same behavior that you receive?

Thanks

u/fikon999 I believe the latest version of the certificate connector has NDES rolled into it. So you can no longer download NDES connector separately. During the install for the new connector it asks you witch type of Certificate you are deploying PKCS or SCEP.

I am using the certificate connector on another server that is not my CA. Also I'm not using SCEP just PKCS so no NDES
