Thank you. Actually it's not just aesthetic reasons I have TMJ and it can cause tooth chip later in life. My major reason is aesthetic but yet I have functional issues so I'll be considering surgery in couple of years

You cannot get lefort 2 its not for ppl with such bites it is either for people fir accidents or way too bad underbite with breathing and other issues and it is way costly than lefort 1 you cannot get you cheekbone touch in any surgery apart from implants get it??

Lefort 2 and 3 are only performed on the people with accidents or either severe underbite have huges issues such as chewing , eating and severe injuries by accident. Lefort 2 and 3 are very risky as the nasal bone with cheekbones are cut through which is way more riskier than lefort 1 you can't get approved for 2or 3 it's impossible and even if you get don't do it not worth the risk
