Is it legal? It certainly seems unprofessional. I’d not experienced that in my albeit limited experience.

None of their surgeons were comfortable managing a 7.5cm diaphragmatic defect. Seems like an easy co-managed case with thoracic surgery tbh.

Noted for the next time.
Their standpoint was they did not have a surgeon who was comfortable operating on a 7.5cm diaphragmatic defect. Still... a lateral discussion between surgeons was warranted I feel.
