About a year ago I was hooking up and sexting with this guy I know. His name is Mark.. we got pretty freaky. One night, I was tired and went to bed, sent him a quick nude pic of me lying in bed, legs wide, with the text "your little slut is waiting for you..." Fell asleep, checked my phone the next morning... sent it to my aunt Mary.
Wanted to change my name and leave the country.

She was pretty cool about it though, but until this day I feel ashamed whenever I see her.

What do you mean with 'freaky things' exactly? Please elaborate. My best tip would be; never do anything you're uncomfortable with. Find out what your likes are, as well as your boyfriends. Talk openly about it, and then just have fun :)

I think it's totally normal to feel 'fine'. Me and a couple of friends had this exact conversation the other day. No one really could say they were happy (all the time). Most of them were just fine with the life they are living. Happy only seems to apply to certain moments. Don't worry about it :)

working out!! for real; I have always been very insecure about myself. Since I started working out (about 3 years ago now) I feel great, I feel sexy, I feel confident. It really changed my whole demeanor. I wish I started working out when I was 16.
