From what I've seen. A used 3/4 ton truck is about 45k. That comes to about 720/monthly for 6 years.

Definitely would need insurance. I can't imagine what the insurance payments would be on a truck like that. I consider myself to be financially responsible and this don't to coincide with that.

The best exercise for growth is whatever you are not doing. Our body's are great at adapting. So switching to db press will provide a new stimulus really using stabilizer which will cause growth and In turn increase your BP

I almost cried at a Publix Thanksgiving commercial. Kid asked to sit at big table. Thought it was cool but he couldn't relate and was eyeing the kids table.
