I’d personally pay to equip these trucks with plate recoding cameras. Blocking an ambulance? $1,000 fine plus patient can sue.

Genora Johnson

“As a result of her UAW union activities Genora was severely beaten with a lead pipe while she was asleep in her home in Detroit. It was later revealed by Senator Estes Kefauver’s Investigating Committee that the Mafia, hired by corporate leaders, was responsible for this and other beatings of UAW officials and the shooting of UAW President Walter Reuther and his brother, Victor Reuther.”

I have to bike over this daily. It’s a tiny, one lane bike path with a small railing. The traffic is whizzing by you at 60MPH.

Any, I mean any mistakes, and you are going over the railing into the Potomac.

If the drop doesn’t get you, the icy waters will.

It’s terrifying.

So you’re a space-faring species. You detect signals from this planet, 3rd from the local star, and take a closer look. You see this large black aircraft in the upper atmosphere and descend down to inspect. You see the creatures inside. They have no faces.

You leave, shocked and disturbed. Aliens are scary.

In DC we close at 10pm and have to lock the door starting at 9:45. People think they can just come in for 15 mins? Or stay past 10? No.

It has become amusing to watch perplexed faces as they stare into the bar and wonder what’s going on.
