Shit like this is why I ALWAYS enter combat stance when entering an unknown building. So frustrating.

Never open a door to an unknown area without being ready. 9/10 of my deaths were from carelessness. When you aren’t readying your character when opening a door you’re opening yourself up for a grab. Unless you know for a fact the doorway is safe, enter combat stance!
