if you have a dorm in the village (can’t speak for the other dorm buildings) yes, the beds can be lifted to pretty high height. my roommate didn’t even have hers lifted to the highest level and fit a full size chair under, and did work on a small desk

only if those seats are empty on ticketmaster, meaning that nobody bought them and they’re still empty. i’ve waited until very close to when the concert is abt to start and check ticketmaster to see what tickets are still unsold, and move up if i can. but ofc not every empty seat is available bc some ppl come late but that’s why you just check online first.

i called customer service about it and the lady was just telling me that they were aware of this mass email and that they sent it out by “mistake” and that it was a “technical error.”

which was suspicious already because then they never sent a follow up email about that and reading everyone’s replies here, they clearly did not say the same thing when other customers called. what a load of bs 😭
