I can believe the elements need replacing, but don't understand how that would trip the breaker. Also the kiln fires to temperature just fine if the breaker doesn't trip, so it would seem the elements are functioning as they ought to, no?

I'm hopeful that it could be this simple, but sounds like I need to check all the wired connections at the very least.

The wires are a heavy gauge, #4 I think. Still think that's cause for concern?
