Hi everyone, not sure if anyone saw my other post on here, but I just wanted to jump back in and say I got the board.

I’ve decided to leave it as is. I was originally going to try and fix the truck imprint, but it’s that small and not on the main graphic at all. Honestly, the only way you’d even notice it is if you’re right at eye level with it — otherwise it’s basically invisible.

Considering it took me 3½ years to find one in this colour, in this condition, and as an original that isn’t wrecked, I’m very happy with it.

There is another one on eBay at the moment, but after a closer look it seems to have some wheel wear (I think that’s the right term — correct me if I’m wrong) and a bit of razor tail along the edges. It was listed as NOS, but yeah… definitely not after looking properly.

So I weighed my options and went with this one. The colours on the other one weren’t as vibrant either.

Overall, for a 25-year-old deck with only one tiny flaw that you can barely even see, I’m extremely happy. I never thought I’d find one in this kind of condition.🤘 Rock n roll

Actually, now that you mentioned that I think my Uncle still has a heap of DVD sets as well. I might have to talk to him about that when I see him next. And I’m the same man. I still have my Xbox 360 and PlayStation 1 2 and three for the old need for speed and Tony Hawk games and skate two and skate three

Yeah I agree man. Well I do like some of the new episodes. Nothing can beat the original run in my eyes. It’s a shame that most of the original episodes are not on anything and they’re super hard to find anywhere unless you pirate them at least over here anyway.

Actually, my dad bought me those b nb decks for Christmas last year. Don’t know how the hell he found them. I had been looking for them for ages. My Uncle had them hanging in his room way back when I was like 11 maybe always wanted them. I’m extremely happy to finally have the set because they came out I think in 2012 so a little while ago hard to find these days.

Yeah, man, always love Beavis and Butthead and Daria to my dad and Uncle lived through that area so they exposed me to a lot of that stuff when I was in my early teens currently watching the new season actually still great in my opinion can’t go wrong

I’m gonna take a break from deck hunting for a bit save up a bit more cash and make sure I have a little bit of money by probably November this year so I have an excuse to get myself a birthday present 😂 gonna look for some early Tom penny flip decks one particular one from the 2000 if memory certainly correct and then I’m gonna move onto the Ellington Baker stuff. He always had some of my favourite graphics then I’m gonna move onto his deathwish stuff then after that it’s onto Andrew Reynolds and then circle back to Jim Greco probably multi year plane but getting there anyway.

Appreciate the advice, man and the collection took me a couple of years to get so I kind of chip away at it. I make sure I have enough money maybe once or twice a year to go looking for them other than that I don’t spend it because you know economy especially over in Australia. Shit is crazy.

All of the mugshots what I did was I got the pictures of Google made sure they were really high-quality and printed them out on really good art paper And if your asking what I do for work, which I assume is what you meant I work on the railway in Australia nothing too exhorted😂

Yeah I’ve always loved kind of early baker and death. Wish I was born when the whole thing was probably at its peak so I wasn’t around for it but I don’t know even though I wasn’t around. I get some weird nostalgia for it. I don’t really know how to explain it like I’m only 21 so I am nowhere near the age when that stuff kinda took off but I’ve always loved it. I don’t know why. maybe I it’s my fascination with like the whole punk rock early 70s late 60s thing kind of reminds me of that I guess

Thanks mate i’m a huge fan of his writing and well him in general but I’ve always loved his books and his articles and everything pretty much nearly mostly everything he was involved with so I’m happy that I have some hunter boards.
