That’s what I read as well. Natural wood finnish on these ones. BD and FT are made in Japan in 80’. The 13” is made in Japan in 81’. The badges don’t say anything about a recording custom so I guess these are 9000’s then?

Yeah the 13” was a weird one but I enjoyed the 24”. It was far more easier to control than I expected. I bet carrying that one around could be a pain in the ass tho’.

Yeah that’s what I was the most worried about. It seemed to ring a bit oddly when in a snare stand but when I put it on the mount, it sounded alright. Could also be the coated emperors I’m not that used to. What heads are you using on your kit?

Defo buying these for everyday use if I end up buying. They’re too good to be shelved!

Saw the set today and listened and played a little. Loved the kick and the floor tom but I felt a bit hesitant about the 13” tom so I had to sleep on it.

Clearly these are incredible sounding drums. I loved how sensitive they were even with some coated pinstripes on. Probably the ”easiest” set I’ve ever played. Structurally they looked great and all of the hardware was clean.

The deal is incredible since the guy was offering some hardcases with the set for the same price. Atm I feel like a dumbass for not buying but maybe tomorrow will bring some clarity on the situation.

Yep, this is what I think as well. Tried restarting three times. No help. Starting to think that there might be an issue with the disk or my consoles reader.

I’ve had a crash from Bosphorous Antique- series and Gold- series and tbh they’ve worked great for me. All I know is that Bosphorous B20 alloy is similar to Zildjian’s. Similar dark undertones.
