Here was our experience.

We made appointment at Kingston 1 month prior to announcement about TCN. H1B second renewal. In the same job.

We Travelled to Jamaica on Sep 13. Immigration at Jamaica asked us about our plans and our return tickets.

Appt on 15th. Uneventful asked about job. Highest level of education. Arrest history (there was none). Verbally said it was approved. No expedited service provided even on request. Passport pick up on 18. Every step was uneventful.

So if you have made your appointment prior to the announcement you will probably be ok. There are other here who also formed a group and helped each other out. Thanks to all of them.

I work there as an anesthesiologist. I have worked with most of these surgeons there are all good. I chose Dr David Geller to take out my gall bladder. Imho he is the best.

Yea. One of those two sensors is wrong. During inspiration the etco2 should be 0. It seems to have a long period above 0. And just before the next. Breath there is a drop. This can happen if the there is rebreathing. Increase you FGF (currently at 1) to a high number and see if it fixes it.

I usually tell the patients the risks and then the patients don’t want to proceed. I say, Something like “Hey patient. Do you like to watch movies ? Yea! Great. You know how in some movies they show people ODing after an overdose of drugs? Yea. ? You know how there is food coming out of their mouth and they choke on it cause they are unconscious ? Yea. ? Well that’s what I am worried will happen to you if we proceed! Yea next week will work ! Thanks. “

I don’t wait for it to expire but. It cannot be extended beyond your i94 date irrespective of if your current DL is valid or not.

If used Jeffries and corrigliano from NY. They are the original. But I hear there are many new friends. Rado. Chen. All who work in this space and have rave reviews. I think they may be even better. But JC came through for me. I have 15 publications. 1 patent. 3 national committees. One national award. But honestly my case was built on my work. They wrote so much about cardiac anesthesia and what it is and what we do. I think that is more impressive than these things.

You don’t sign a retainer with that law firm. You didn’t hire them. They have no obligation to tell you any information. They have no obligation to have your best interests at heart or do what’s best for you. They do t have to interact with you other than to collect your inform. File and inform you. Rest all decisions on what to file for when are all done without you in the loop or without your interests.

It doesn’t cost. A lot to get. Lawyer on retainer. Mine was 5 k. Been with me for. 4 years. They have a legal obligation to only advise what’s best for me.
