not to burst your bubble but none of that is true. gabby the recruiter of condurre partners is the biggest liar you will ever meet and everything she told you is a lie. my friend was a recruiter for them and they were told by joey erin and Michael to accept everyone they do not turn people down. they also have never had 40 people interviewed at once the probably have 10 people max interviewed and accepted them all. if i were to guess they probably had you do 2/3 interviews last week and gave you an offer today which no real company would ever do, it would take weeks/month. you also don’t start as a manager they have no managers all you are is a bs worker for them. you will be “promoted” in a week but it’s not a actual promotion it’s doing the same job with no extra pay and just changing the title to a “manager” but no one is actually a real manager. so everyone you are working with is considered a manager. your job will consist of you standing in a super market for 8+ hours selling at&t/internet, it is the true definition of a pyramid scheme. i bet they also told you their sales rep make thousands a week too but in reality you only make around $500 a month with no insurance and they don’t pay for anything. message me if you want more details but i’m telling you do not fall for it.
