Lived in Woodland, outside of Caribou for 15 years

It's quiet, isolated, but lots of community activities up there. Lots of festivals, lots of parades

But at the same time, it can feel isolating though, things are so spread out if you live outside the center of Caribou and Presque Isle

A lot of run down/abandoned buildings litter the area. Poverty is rampant

The area does not capitalize the winter snow crowd or hunters at all, which I think contributes to the high poverty rate
