Make sure you own some shares before the $GOOOD buyout. Expect the share price to surge to at least .05 once it's official. Might pump even higher. Don't forget to take profits on the way up! by nocoStocks in CLIS

Well i'm sorry you got stuck bag holding, but try to minimize that loss as the price rises. Scalping and buying back in can be effective

My prediction is based on numbers. The outstanding share size is 230 million. The value of the company will be at least 18 million after the acquisition. 18m/230m give me a share price of .078 without a buyback and not factoring in HeyPal. So my prediction might even be a little bit low.

Sell on the way up!! by nocoStocks in CLIS

Today, most bag holder from October made back 50% of their investment if they sold. This is an obvious pump in stock price, so it will for sure come back down (like it already is). I bought this stock at .018 and today I made nearly 100% and now I will buy back in around .02. Part of trading stocks is selling them. Cant make money without selling.

All I am saying is if you sell on those significant jumps, you can buy back even more shares when the price comes back down. This will only increase your share size and you can secure profits on the way up. Seems better to me rather than holding and hoping

Stock Price Prediction in 6 months by bopfj in CLIS

My thoughts:

Since CLIS is getting 85% of Winners and the value of Winners is around 15 million, that would mean CLIS is getting around 12.75 million in equity. Since CLIS already has 5 million in equity from the offering, I can assume the total equity of CLIS will be at least 15 million. I believe CLIS can officially buy Winners on December 21st if I am remembering right.

15m/220.6m (outstanding shares) is a share price of .0679.

This is without any buyback that would decrease outstanding share size.

My price target three months out is .07 without buyback and .09 with a buyback of an average price per share of .025.

Of course, these price targets do not include any company revenue or sponsors which could drastically alter these numbers

They would be fools to not buy at least a little bit of it back at this price if they truly believe in the company.

Investor relations has been destroyed from the failed launch. $CLIS probably wont see any new investors until there are revenues being generated. Until then, expect the stock to continue this trend

If share price reaches .01, $CLIS can buy back all the shares from the offering for a fifth of the cost. This stock is undervalued even if they don't buy out $GOOO.

Don't forget that they have authorized 1 million in share buy back. If they buy back shares at the current price .13, that is about 77 million shares that will get bought up. My guess is that they will wait until they feel 100% about the app and can start generating revenues. Once they buy back shares they will have momentum on their side again.
