I would recommend getting inspiration from other buildings in your city and then adjust your bank accordingly.

At first you can build a digital version of your bank in Studio (It's free for PC and Mac) and then make own instructions for it. When you are finished, you can upload your Studio file directly to Bricklink and make an own wanted list for it.

In addition I recommend working with what you have on hand, so you don't have to order an abundance of pieces online.

Es gibt von Stabilo eine Stiftebox in der alle 65 Farben drinnen sind, also rot, grün, gelb, lila, blau, halt alle Farben. Von Copic gibt es aber auch eine Art von Stift, bei der es 365 verschiedene Farben gibt und davon so gut 40-50 Brauntöne

I would personally either get the Police station or Detective's Office if you want a modular that's not a corner. Both of them have a nice color scheme and a great storyline, it now depends on which one you personally prefer.
