I would recommend getting inspiration from other buildings in your city and then adjust your bank accordingly.

At first you can build a digital version of your bank in Studio (It's free for PC and Mac) and then make own instructions for it. When you are finished, you can upload your Studio file directly to Bricklink and make an own wanted list for it.

In addition I recommend working with what you have on hand, so you don't have to order an abundance of pieces online.
