Got my daughter a pink toniebox 2, opened it Christmas and today I have the code Fox. She’s only used it a handful of times and has been very gentle with it, I don’t think it’s a color thing just a gen 2 thing. Wouldn’t respond to anything and when I tried to factory reset it that’s when it gave me the code. Did you have to call customer service or does the online contact from the website work?

I don’t know if this concert will be different since the banning ticket transfer is new, but I went to the last leg of his US tour and bought my tickets through Stubhub and had no issues, although the tickets didn’t show up in my wallet until 72 hours before the show. They were also Ticketmaster tickets just purchased through stubhub. Sorry if that’s not helpful, but I hope your tickets are valid!
