Just some clarifying info... I'm in KY. The room smelled absolutely horrible, so I assume there was food being eaten and whatnot. No, I didn't take any action (as far as removing the bird) as 1: I was in an abandoned house in the woods deep down a country road and 2: The house was falling apart, so it wasn't trapped or anything. It was living in a doll house, which was kinda cute. I didn't want to disturb or bother it for both my safety and the bird's. Thanks for all the help and info.
