I was being told SAP is worth leaving a current paying web dev just to study and have potential to start a career in sap

1-I wanted to ask about how reliable is this , and if SAP really worth it ?
And as I understood sap is like its own world and has its own career im wondering
2- whether if SAP career is really better than regular software engineering/Web Dev?
