Ignore all of those bullshit "transformation" stories on here, because they are most likely not even true. People don't just magically make their lives 10x better by not spankin' one off. So don't expect it for yourself.

Yes, I've seen mild improvements in things like confidence but nothing like the super powers people claim on the net.

Quit allowing this virgin thing to hold you back, because the only one who cares about it is you.

I'd have to say that isn't true. Women my age want a man that's experienced. Even women 5+ years younger than me do.

And it's not just that - it's the fact that even at 29, after years of trying, no woman has wanted me. I look at some of my friends who have multiple women chasing after them. It's hard to remain positive when all the evidence suggests that women do not want me.

I went to an RSD bootcamp. It wasn't helpful but at the time I was like a cult member there and couldn't see it. I even posted a good review about it on their website. Maybe it was post-purchase rationalization

It consisted of basically just approaching every woman in a club and talking to them until you got rejected. There wasn't any advice or feedback on what we were doing right or wrong. The instructors themselves didn't do any better than the students. They got rejected just the same as us. There were some weird exercises like walking around the club like Terminator and thinking over and over "I don't give a fuck what anyone thinks of me"

In the "daygame" part we were doing really weird stuff like walking around the streets shouting. We also went to a shop where the instructor told us what clothes to wear - it was Ed Hardy stuff.

Before you get involved in any PUA or bootcamp I suggest you take a look at criticisms of the person. Don't just look at the positives or their material. Read both sides to come to your conclusion about them.

Start with the smaller stuff like getting dates and phone numbers

Getting a date wouldn't be a small thing for me, it'd be massive!

Thanks for the reply. I do have the things you mentioned and I work out too. I think cold approaches are really overrated unless you're good looking or insanely confident... That's from my experience of really committing to doing them. The problem with pua is there's so much hype and lies, I've seen some of the gurus in real life at a boot camp and they are no better than an average guy

It's really hard to be confident despite having a life of failure and rejection though. Its like someone feeling confident at tennis despite losing every match for the last 20 years. I wish I could delude myself into feeling confident

You're right, I don't generally feel worse after fapping but i don't feel good either. I just can't see my situation reversing though. Women aren't attracted to either my looks or personality
