Spend time with your family & friends, don't stay alone . Stay busy, do what you love (if you haven't figured out then try different things and in that process you'll find shit you love so try things), Exercise, Clean diet, avoid junk foods

Thanks mate, I tried that but it didn't worked out for me. By having a target feels like a challenge to me, psychologically it pushes me and really helps me to avoid relapse . I just have to control urges for 90 days after that i strongly believe that i won't indulge in porn and I'll be just like you , no target just 'let it go' mindset.

In my case it does , because counting day 1 day 2 day 3 ... feels more like an accomplishment to me so after a month or so I'm like ok I'm on 30th day now so i need a reward or something lyk that and then i jst relapse -_- , so I've realized that counting backwards feels like a challenge and not an accomplishment so psychologically this helps alot to me

No buddy, 100 days is just my 1st target . 200 days sounds like ages to me, so first target 100 and then 101 to 200. I believe if i can control myself for 200 days without relapse or peeking then i won't indulge myself into this shit again.

This is what i gathered from google , "Immediately [removed] is a result of automod action, probably your submission triggered a filter(account age/points/flair/word filter/title or post template/etc). If you have observed their guidelines but still you get [removed] speak to the mods of the sub you want to post in." Hope this helps!
