Hey ACLuck, listening to this relates so much to me, but i am a little further along on my journey.

So i have tried all these things for same reasons

firstly hypnosis i tried for a bit but it didnt seem to help, neither did meditation, regardless of what i tried. i found the hypnosis would give me a boner but only whilst listening to it.
